Hayaas mein hamari koshish hoti hai ke aapko hamesha behtareen quality milay, lekin agar kisi wajah se aap apne order se mutmain nahi hain, toh hum neechay di gayi sharait ke mutabiq aapki madad karenge:
1. Exchange Policy (Tabdeeli)
- Hum 7 din ke andar exchange ki saholat dete hain.
- Agar aapko ghalat article bhej diya gaya ho ya kapray mein koi manufacturing defect (nuqs) ho, toh hum usey baghair kisi extra charges ke tabdeel (exchange) karke denge.
2. Refund Policy (Wapsi)
- Note: Hum aam tor par cash refund nahi karte.
- Agar aapko suit pasand nahi aata, toh aap uske badle koi dusra article le sakte hain ya hum aapko Store Credit (Voucher) de denge jo aap agli kharidari mein istemal kar sakenge.
- Refund sirf usi surat mein diya jayega agar hamare paas stock khatam ho jaye aur hum aapko replacement na de saken.
3. Sharait (Terms & Conditions)
Exchange ya Return ke liye ye cheezain lazmi hain:
- Suit Unstitched (un-sila) hona chahiye.
- Kapra dhula hua ya kata hua (cutting) nahi hona chahiye.
- Original packing aur brand tags maujood honay chahiye.
4. Return Kaise Karein?
- Kisi bhi maslay ki surat mein hamare WhatsApp number par product ki picture aur order details ke sath raabta karein.
- Hamari team check karne ke baad aapko aagah karegi ke parcel wapas kaise bhejna hai.
